Connie Timmons is a Floral Designer and an East Tennessee native. She is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and holds a Master of Arts Degree from Eastern Michigan University.  Over the past two decades, Connie has arranged flowers for hundreds of weddings in the

Tri-Cities area of Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol, as well as in Abingdon and Jonesborough.
